This article was developed as a training instru-
ment for private use. The article is not suitable for
medical or commercial use.

• Consult your doctor before beginning the
exercises. Make sure that your health is at a
suitable level for the exercises.
• Always remember to warm up before training
and train in accordance with your current
capabilities. Serious injury can result from ex-
ercising too strenuously and over-training.

trainer can only be guaranteed if it is exa-
mined regularly for damage and wear. Stop

use of the article can lead to premature wear,
