Befestigen

■

Schieben Sie das Befestigungsband 6 mit der Seite, an der sich
der Reﬂ ektor 5 beﬁ ndet von innen nach außen so durch die Öse
4, dass anschließend die Unterseite des Reﬂ ektors 5 auf die
Flauschseite des Befestigungsbandes 6 gedrückt werden kann.
Je nachdem, wie weit Sie das Befestigungsband 6 durch die
Öse 4 ziehen, wird das Befestigungsband 6 länger oder
kürzer. Drücken Sie nun die Rückseite des Reﬂ ektors 5 auf die
Flauschseite des Befestigungsbands 6:

Befestigen Sie den Haken 8 an der Öse 1:

Schieben Sie das LED-Band auf den Oberarm. Achten Sie da-
bei drauf, dass das Ende des Befestigungsbands 6, welches
durch den Haken 8 führt, mit der Gummischlaufe 7 ﬁ xiert ist.

■

Sie können nun die Größe des LED-Bands noch einmal
justieren, indem Sie den Reﬂ ektor 5 abziehen und auf der
Flauschseite des Befestigungsbands 6 neu positionieren.

Bedienen

■

Drücken Sie einmal die Ein-/Aus-Taste 2, um eine Dauerbe-
leuchtung einzuschalten.

■

Drücken Sie ein weiteres Mal die Ein-/Aus-Taste 2, um den
Blink-Modus einzuschalten.

■

Drücken Sie ein weiteres Mal die Ein-/Aus-Taste 2, um das
Gerät auszuschalten.

Batterie wechseln

■

Drehen Sie, z. B. mit einer Münze, den Deckel des Batte-
riefachs 3 so, dass der Punkt am Deckel zum Symbol

wandert und nehmen Sie die Abdeckung ab.

■

Entfernen Sie die alten Batterien und legen Sie zwei neue Bat-
terien des Typs CR2032, 3 V ein. Achten Sie auf die korrekte
Polarität.

■

Setzen Sie den Deckel wieder so aufs Batteriefach 3, dass der
Punkt am Deckel auf das Symbol

weist. Drehen Sie dann

den Deckel soweit, dass der Punkt auf das Symbol

weist.

Reinigung und Pﬂ ege

■

Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem weichen, leicht angefeuch-
teten Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs- oder Lösemittel.
Diese können die Kunststoﬀ -Oberﬂ ächen beschädigen.

Entsorgung

Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den normalen
Hausmüll. Dieses Produkt unterliegt der europäischen
Richtlinie 2012/19/EU.

Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen Entsorgungsbe-
trieb oder über Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrichtung. Beachten
Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifels-
fall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in Verbindung.

Batterien/Akkus dürfen nicht im Hausmüll entsorgt
werden.

Jeder Verbraucher ist gesetzlich verpﬂ ichtet, Batterien/Akkus bei
einer Sammelstelle seiner Gemeinde / seines Stadtteils oder im

Information on using batteries
When interacting with batteries, please observe the following:

Do not throw batteries into the ﬁ re. Do not recharge batteries.
There is a risk of explosion and injury!

Never open batteries and never solder or weld batteries. There
is a risk of explosion and injury!

♦

Check the condition of the batteries at regular intervals.
Leaking batteries can cause damage to the appliance.

♦

If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extended
period, remove the batteries.

♦

If the batteries have leaked, use protective gloves. Clean the
battery compartment and the battery contacts with a dry cloth.

♦

Keep batteries out of the reach of children. Children might
put batteries into their mouth and swallow them. If a battery
is swallowed, seek medical assistance immediately.

Attachment

■

Push the attachment strap 6 with the side with the reﬂ ector 5
outwards through the eyelet 4 so that you can then push the
underside of the reﬂ ector 5 onto the ﬂ eece side of the attach-
ment strap 6. The amount you pull the attachment strap 6
through the eyelet 4 will aﬀ ect whether the attachment
band 6 is longer or shorter. Now you can press the back
of the reﬂ ector 5 onto the ﬂ eece side of the attachment
strap 6:

Attach the hook 8 to the eyelet 1:

Push the LED armband onto your upper arm. Ensure the end of
the attachment strap 6 which has been fed through the hook
8 is ﬁ xed to the elastic loop 7.

■

You can adjust the size of the LED armband by pulling oﬀ
the reﬂ ector 5 and repositioning it on the ﬂ eece side of the
attachment strap 6.

Operation

■

Press the on/oﬀ button 2 once to switch on permanent
lighting.

■

Press the on/oﬀ button 2 again to activate ﬂ ashing mode.

■

Press the on/oﬀ button 2 a third time to switch oﬀ the appli-
ance.

The warranty only covers claims for material and manufacturing
defects, not for damage sustained during carriage, components
subject to wear and tear or damage to fragile components such
as switches or rechargeable batteries. This appliance is intended
solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in the case of misuse or
improper handling, use of force and interventions which have
not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres.
Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty.
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs eﬀ ected under
the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired compo-
nents. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase
must be reported immediately after unpacking, but no later than
two days after the date of purchase. Repairs eﬀ ected after expiry
of the warranty period shall be subject to charge.

Changing the battery

■

Use a coin or similar object to turn the lid of the battery
compartment 3 so that the point on the lid is next to the

symbol and remove the cover.

■

Remove the old batteries and replace them with two new
CR2032 batteries. Ensure the polarity is correct.

■

Replace the lid on the battery compartment 3 so that the
point on the lid is next to the

symbol. Then turn the lid until

the point is next to the

symbol.

Cleaning and care

■

Clean the appliance with a soft and slightly damp cloth. Do not

use detergents or solvents. These can damage the plastic surfaces.

Disposal

Under no circumstances should the appliance be
disposed of in standard domestic waste. This product
is subject to the provisions of European Directive
2012/19/EU.

Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal com-
pany or your municipal waste disposal facility. Please observe
applicable regulations. Please contact your waste disposal facility
if you are in any doubt.

Used (rechargeable) batteries may not be disposed
of in the domestic waste.

Consumers are legally obligated to dispose of (rechargeable)
batteries at a collection point in their community/city district or
at a retail store.
The purpose of this obligation is to ensure that (rechargeable)
batteries are disposed of in an environmentally congruent manner.
Only dispose of (rechargeable) batteries when they are fully
discharged.

Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally

friendly manner.

Warranty and service

You are provided a 3-year warranty on this device, valid from the

date of purchase. This appliance has been manufactured with care

and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a

warranty claim, please contact your Customer Service unit by tele-

phone. This is the only way to guarantee free return of your goods.
