Manual Message Waiting (MMW)
If the called extension does not answer, you can send a Message
Waiting signal to that extension (if this feature is allowed). When
there is a message waiting for you, the message lamp is flashing,
and you will hear a special dial tone after lifting the handset.

Lift the handset. z
Dial the number to your message retrieval center (e.g.
operator) and ask for your message.
Note: If the number to your message retrieval center has
been programmed on the key with the Message Waiting
lamp, you can also press that key.
Cancel MMW at your own extension u

Replace the handset.
