Final Assembly Instructions
Remove all banded items and the hardware
bag from the frame. Open the parts bag and
remove the parts and sort the hardware by
size.
Tongue
Locate the tongue/tongue assembly and
install by sliding the angle cut end into the
tongue channel.
Align the hole in the side of the tongue with
the hole in the side of the tongue channel
and insert a 1/2” X 4” hex bolt and secure
with a 1/2” flange locknut.
Remove the tongue wire harness and brake
hose from the rear of the tongue, and slide
them thru the hole in the tongue cover plate.
Secure the tongue cover plat to the rear of
the tongue and tongue channel with a 1/2” X
1 1/2” hex bolt and secure with a 1/2” flange
locknut.
Tighten both bolts installed in the tongue.
Plug the tongue harness ends into the
frame harness ends by matching colors and
ends. With both connected the extra wire
can be pushed back into the tongue leaving
only the wire covered with the wire loom
exposed.
Tongue Brake Hose Connection
Remove the plastic caps from the side
frame brake hose and the brass plug from
the tongue brake hose. Thread the side
frame hose into the tube coupling on the
tongue hose and tighten only snug enough
to not leak. Push the excess brake line hose
back into the tongue so the connection is
inside the tongue.
