Tire/Rim Assemblies:

Mount the tire and rim assemblies onto the drum using

1/2” lug hex nuts and tighten to 85-95 ft./lbs. of torque.

Front Bunk:

Mount the bunk bracket weldment into the pivot base

weldment using a 5/8” X 4-1/2” stainless steel hex

located in the hardware box will be used to cover the

frame wire harness before it enters the bunk bracket

weldment. Install grommets over 3/8” flex conduit in

wire holes on bunk bracket weldment. Using wire ties

secure the flex conduit to the crossmember. Leave the

wire until after the mounting of the taillights on the bunk

brackets tube.
