Configuration
Joystick Mode
Note
This information is applicable only on GPI versions.
Switch
SW 8
on the configuration switch set the Joystick mode of the GPI
panel to either
GPI Mode
or to
Joystick Release Mode
.
GPI Mode
Releasing the input lines will keep the previous status. Operation of the
front panel is allowed with any number of active GPI-lines simultaneously.
Joystick Release Mode
When all the input lines are released, a default input (either dynamically
chosen or static) is set. The front panel is locked if any of the input lines are
active.
The modes can be switched with switch
SW 8
according to the pattern given
in
. The default mode is
GPI Mode
(Off).
