Installation
Cabling
All cabling to the 2030RDA module is done on the passive rear module at
the back of the 2000 frame. Refer to
Figure 7 for a detailed illustration of the
rear connections referenced in the steps below.
Input
Connect an SD video input to BNC J10. The 2030RDA will accept any of the
serial digital component video signals conforming to the following SMPTE
formats:
• 259M (143 Mbps, 177 Mbps, 270 Mbps, 360 Mbps)
• 4 Mbp/s to 360 Mbp/s (tested with PN20 pseudo noise sequence ratio,
maximum 19:1)
• SMPTE 310M
• DVB-ASI
Outputs
The input signal is distributed to nine output ports. Connect video output
devices to outputs J1 through J9 provided on the CoaxPRM Passive Rear
module.
