Enable LACP MAD detection on the dynamic aggregate interface

Use the same method to create a dynamic aggregation group on the intermediate device and add the
port that connects to the LACP MAD detection link on the device to the aggregation group.
Specifying the reserved ports
When the IRF virtual device handles a multi-active problem, it disables all service ports on the devices
in the recovery state by default. However, if some ports are reserved for some special usages (such as
the port for telnetting), you can configure them through command lines. For the IRF ports that are
reserved automatically, you do not need to configure them.
