Push orifice strip tab all the way against the hex fitting.
(See Fig B1 & B2)
NG gas position NO 1/16”
hole & NO color visible
LP gas position 1/16” hole
& RED color code visible
On the SIT valve, use a #20 Torx or a slotted screw-
driver to remove and discard the three pressure-
regulator mounting screws (Fig A) the pressure regula-
tor tower (Fig B) and the spring diaphragm assembly
(Fig C)
Ensure that the rubber gasket (Fig D) is
properly positioned and install the new
modulating pressure regulator assembly to
the valve using the screws provided in the
conversion package.
Install the LP identification label to the
valve (found in kit).
Affix Archgard Manufacturer’s label (part #
303-0128) in a conspicuous location. We
suggest a location close to the gas control
valve.
Check for gas leaks.
Reverse steps to install burner, air tray and
logs
Check inlet & outlet pressures.
Check operation of flame control.
Check for proper flame appearance and
glow on logs.
