5-1 Preventative Maintenance Schedule
The mechanical design of the feeder is very simple and little maintenance is required. The
only moving parts are the reload hopper dump valve. The checklist below contains a list of
items which should be inspected and/or replaced to keep your Color Feeder operating at peak
efficiency. Perform each inspection at the regular intervals listed below.

Inspect feeder for
any loose parts-
tighten them
immediately.
Every month Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec
Inspect air
regulator and air
safety circuits, if
equipped.
Recalibrate feeder
only if necessary.
