Menu Structure
Starting from the #1 Startup menu, simply key in the number shown for each item. To get
back to the Startup menu from any display, press the BACKUP key.

Controller Modes
The following features are available to the operator (under the main menu) when the
controller has been activated:

Startup
When the controller is in STARTUP mode, press the “START” key to engage the system.
Recipes Menu
When the controller is in RECIPE mode, the operator will be able to the set the following
setting:

When the controller is in SETUP & DIAGNOSTICS mode, the operator will have to choose
between the following menus:
1. Setup
2. Diagnostics
