Problems and Solutions

Operation Problems
The OPERATE light does not come on.
The READY light does not come on.
Problem Solution
The scanner is not
getting power. Make sure the power cable is correctly plugged into the scanner and
the power outlet. Make sure the outlet is operational and is not
connected to a timer or switch.
Problem Solution
The scanner is not
communicating with
your computer. Make sure the scanner is securely connected to the correct computer
interface and that the computer is turned on.
