Descent: The total vertical descent and the average descent rate in the units
that you have defined in the Time mode

Ascent: The total vertical ascent and the average ascent rate in the units that
you have defined in the Time mode
•
High Point: The highest point measured, and the date and time of the measure-
ment
•
Low Point: The lowest point measured, and the date and time of the measure-
ment
•
Displays in recorded intervals:

Top row: Elapsed time in recorded intervals

Middle row left: Graphical display of altitude

Middle row right: Vertical speed at the elapsed time shown on the top row.

Bottom row: Altitude at the elapsed time shown on the top row.
Erasing logbook files
To erase the logbook files:
1. Press
Suunto in the main display to access the function menu.
2. In the function menu,
Logbook is already the first menu item. Press Suunto to
select it.
3. Scroll to
Erase and press Suunto. A list of all the saved logbook files is displayed.
4. Scroll the list with the arrow buttons until the logbook file you want to erase is
active and press
Suunto. Suunto S6 displays the file and the text “
ERASE
?”.
5. If you want to accept the deletion, press
Suunto. You return to the previous menu.
6. If you want to cancel the deletion, press
Stop/CL. You return to the list of logbook
files.
