Button functionality
The following commands can be performed using the remote control. Point the remote control at the receiver on the
right side of the wall-mounted unit at a distance of no more than 7m.

The SWING button stops the oscillating blade. When switched on (Display ), the
cooled air is distributed better in the room. The unit automatically distributes the air in a
vertical direction only. The air can only be set to be distributed horizontally by manually
adjusting the vertical plate fins.

When the FAN button is pressed, different-sized fan symbols or FAN AUTO are visible
on the display. The size of the symbol represents the speed of the fan. Each time the
button is pressed, the fan speed is reduced.

Functional process
The TIMER button is used to program the unit to switch on or off at a later time. If the
room air-conditioner is to be switched on at a later time, press the + or – button for
approximately 2 seconds when the unit is off.
In both operating modes, 12:0H appears in the lower right-hand corner of the display.
The desired length of time can be reduced or increased in 10 minute increments by
pressing the – or + button. After 3 seconds, the displayed length of time is saved.
When programming the unit to switch on with the timer function, the mode, the de-
sired temperature and the fan speed of the last setting are transferred.
Once the programmed time has elapsed, the unit switches on or off automatically. Po-
sition the remote control in such a way that communication with the air-conditioner is
