Wing safety locks will not

Adjust chain length

Remove

orifice

and

remove

obstruction and reassemble

Deck latch in locked position.

Unlatch deck locks.

Vibration on turning

Drawbar length incorrect.

Adjust drawbar to specification

Remove input shaft, pull apart and
deburr / grease splines
