INTERMEDIATE BEARING – 40h / Weekly (1 Location)
PIVOT LOCATIONS: 40h / Weekly
Most pivot locations have grease fittings. These include the wing
hinge pivots, some deck pivots (see note), the rotating hitch and the
hitch clevis. They should be inspected frequently and lubricated as
required.
*Note – The Pro-Flex Roller 120 is equipped with service free polymer
bushings at the deck pivot locations. No grease fitting is present at
this location.
DECK WHEELS & TRANSPORT HUBS: 100h / Monthly
The deck wheels and transport wheel hubs have greaseable tapered
roller bearings. They should be inspected frequently and lubricated as
required.
