1.3 STANDARD FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS
CALIBRATION
Every ONICON thermal mass flow meter is wet calibrated in a flow laboratory against standards that are directly
traceable to N.I.S.T. A certificate of calibration accompanies every meter. Each meter is calibrated for use with a specific gas.
