Chapter 3
Installation
This chapter provides guidance on hardware should be
installation for optimum performance.
Tri-Mode Antenna
The antenna is fitted with a 5/8 inch
BSW
threaded
mount with a depth of 16mm (0.63 inch). This should
be used as the primary means of mounting the
antenna.
It is possible to remove the 5/8 inch
BSW
threaded alloy
insert to reveal the secondary means of mounting the
antenna which consists of a 1-14UNS-2B thread with a
depth of 16mm (0.63 inch) typically used in the marine
industry for navigation antennas.

Antenna
The eight Phillips screws on the base of the antenna
should NOT be loosened or used for mounting the
antenna as this will VOID the warranty and compromise
