Chapter 5 Safety Instructions
The RT-3020 GPS sensor is designed for precise
navigation and positioning using the Global
Positioning System . Users must be familiar with the use
of portable GPS equipment, the limitations thereof and
these safety instructions prior to use of the equipment.
FCC Notice
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received,
including interference that may cause undesired
operation.
Transport
The NavCom equipment should always be carried in its
case. The case must be secured whilst in transit to
minimize shock and vibration.
All original packaging should be used when
transporting via rail, ship or air.
