triggered at shortest possible recycle time. Shall,
thereafter, another sequence of full-power flashes be
triggered at shortest possible recycle time, the flas-
guns must first be allowed to cool off for a period of
about 60 seconds per every further full-power flas
to be fired.
The permitted numbert of flashes is higher if flashes
of partical light output are fired, or if the intervals
between full-power flashes are longer than the
maximum recycle time.
• Never short-circuit the Power Pack!
• Do not expose the Power Pack to excessive heat,
e.g. sunshine, fire, etc.!
• Do not expose the Power Pack and the AC/DC
adapter to dripping or splashing water!
• Use only the supplied AC/DC adapter, and ensu-
re that it is operated with the specified mains vol-
tage!
• Use only METZ connecting cables!
The guarantee does not cover faulty operation
and damage to the flashgun and Power Pack
caused by the use of accessories from other
manufacturers.
• Do not touch the contacts of the high-voltage
socket and connecting cable with electrically con-
ducting objects. Hazardous high-voltage shock!
• Do not open the unit, nor should it be used if the
case and/or connecting cable are damaged!

2. Carrying the Power Pack and connec-
ting it to flashguns
Fit the Power Pack with the belt clip and attach it to
the belt, or suspend the Power Pack from the shoul-
der by its carrying strap.
Plug the connecting cable into the socket of the
Power Pack and the flashgun.
Please note:
- Plug the connecting cable first into the flashgun
and then into the socket of the Power Pack.
- Disconnect the connecting cable first from the
Power Pack and then from the flashgun.
An arrow is printed on the plug of the individual
accessory cables for the Power Pack. An arrow is
also printed on the housing of the Power Pack.
