Foreword

The Power Pack P 76 can be used for operation of

the following flashguns, by way of the correspon-

ding connecting cables:
• mecablitz 45 CL* 1/3/4 with V45 cable
• mecablitz 45 CL 4 digital with V50 / V76 cable

(* Only with 3-pin external voltage socket)

• mecablitz 50 MZ-5 with V50 / V76 cable
• mecablitz 54 MZ-. . with V54-50 cable
• mecablitz 58 AF-1 with V58-50 cable
• mecablitz 70 MZ-../76 MZ-.. with V50/V76 cable
The Power Pack supplies high voltage for the flash

capacitor of the connected flashgun, and low-volta-

ge for the flashgun’s electronic circuit. A micropro-

cessor controlled overload circuit protects the con-

nected flashgun.
On account of the significantly higher capacity of

the NiMH batteries used in the Power Pack, a much

higher number of flashes can be generated as com-

pared with the IEC KR 15/51 (AA-type) size NiCad

batteries used in flashguns.
