I. About this Document
The purpose of this document is to provide basic Operation and Maintenance information for
the Intelli‐Hood Kitchen Ventilation Control System. The intended audience of this document is the end
user of the system: the building owner, kitchen manager, kitchen staff, or maintenance technician.
This document will instruct the reader on basic operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
