MCA Reset Command:

Description
All MCA Parameters will be reset to their initial state and the spectra are
cleared. The measurement is aborted, but the states of the preamplifier power
and the value of the high voltage are unchanged!

Command name
CMD_START
Description
Depending on the value of the first parameter(cf) the command clears the
spectrum and the time or not and then the measurement will be started. If the
first parameter is not equal zero, the spectrum and the time where cleared and
the second parameter(st) is stored as start time.
