Ensure the remaining do-
cuments are not stuck.
Check the contents of the
envelope. If the envelope
does not contain a double
document, remove the do-
cuments from the trays, jog
them and put them back in
the trays or switch off the
double detection, then press
START

to return to the
menu.

Apply the clearing
