Set Up

1. Adjust bench so that it is in the Low Row position.

2.

Adjust the (Lat Pull) thigh pad so that it is facing upward.

3. Sit with feet fi rmly on footrest.

4. Grasp handle with hands in front of and level with the
shoulders.

Movement

1. Pull handle towards you until your elbows are at

your

sides.
