Set Up

1. Adjust handles and backrest to the Incline Press position.

2. Adjust seat bottom and back so that handles are at mid-
chest.

3. Select hand position that allows hands to fi nish in front of
the

shoulders.

Movement

1. Push handles forward until arms are fully straightened.
