CAUTION: Serious injury or damage to machine can occur. To avoid injury or damage
the following procedure must be followed. Always use proper lifting methods
when moving heavy items.
Lift and move the unit
1.
Firmly grasp the rear foot.
2. Using proper lifting methods, lift the rear foot so the front transport wheels are able to roll on
floor.
3. Move or roll unit to intended location.
Install the seat back assembly.

Locate the seat back assembly (#5) four screws 5/16-18 x 1.50” (#14) and four washers 5-16”
(#12).See Figure 2.

2. Place the seat back assembly (#5) in the correct position and hand thread each of the screws
5/16-18 x 1.50” (#14) and four washers 5/16” (#12). See Figure 2.
3.
Securely fasten the screws 5/16-18 x 1.50” (#14) with the 3/16” Allen wrench (#15) provided.
