2.4.1 Channel and SSID
You can set parameters that are used for the mobile stations to connect to this access
point. The parameters include ESSID, Transmission Rate, Basic Rate and Channel.
Parameters
Default Description
ESSID default
This is the name of the wireless LAN. All the
devices in the same wireless LAN should have
the same ESSID.
Transmission Rate Fully Automatic The highest device transmission speed allowed
in the wireless LAN. If you select Fully Automatic,
there will be no upper bound on the device
transmission speed.
Basic Rate 1, 2 Mbps
The lowest device transmission speed allowed
in the wireless LAN. If you select All, there will
be no lower bound on the device transmission
speed.
