4.11.5 Using polynomial functions at readout/control unit
The parameters for the polynomial functions are stored in the digital instrument and can be changed from the
keyboard.
Normally the transfer function is linear Y = X.
The connected device will have linearized transfer functions after (normal) calibration.
The accuracy however, will be
≤
1 % full scale.
When a special polynomial function calibration is wanted, the parameters 'a-d' will be destillated and factory
stored in the digital instrument. In the 'INSTRUMENT'-menu you have access to these values.
