Low Speed Limit Regulator 5-15mph (8-24km/h)
1. Remove Low speed adjustment screw cover (D) from CDI governor
box
2. Adjust Low speed adjustment screw (E) to desired setting:
CW (clockwise) faster, CCW (Counter clockwise) slower. Re-install
adjustment screw cover (D) . Note: Low speed adjustment (5-15mph)
can only be performed with metal jumper (F) in place. The ATV is
shipped with metal jumper (F) in place.
3. Re-install CDI Governor box (A) in ATV.
High Speed Limit Regulator 15-30mph (24-48km/h)
1. Locate the two phillip head screws (G) with metal jumper (F) connecting
screws together.
2. Loosen both phillip head screws (G) and remove metal jumper (F).
Re-tighten phillip head screws after metal jumper is removed. NOTE:
Metal jumper (F) needs to be permanently removed in the higher
speed mode (15 - 30mph).
3. Place metal jumper(F) in a safe place in case it is needed in future to
slow ATV back to 15mph or under.
4. Adjust high speed adjustment screw (H) located under screw cap (I) to
desired setting. CW (clockwise) allows unit to go faster, CCW
(Counter clockwise) slows unit down.
5. Re-install CDI Governor box (A) in ATV.
