6. To tighten the strap, detach the part of the strap
attached to the VELCRO (behind the pad) and pull
until it is as tight as you need around your wrist.
Reattach the piece to the VELCRO to hold it in
place.

To loosen or remove the strap, detach the part
attached to the VELCRO (behind the pad) and adjust
as necessary, or remove your hand.
A b o u t t h e S a f e t y F e a t u r e
The plastic loops on either side of the wrist straps are
a safety feature to protect you from personal injury.
The loops come apart and break the strap into pieces
if it gets caught on something and pulled away.
