When the Modular Matrix Switcher 8x8 (with Audio) connects to the RS232 port of a
computer with control software, users can control it with that computer. To control the
switcher, users need to use RS232 control software.
4.3.2. TCP/IP and RS232 Communication Commands
The following is a list of all of the commands used to remotely control the Modular
Matrix Switcher using either TCP/IP or RS232.
RS232 Communication protocol: Baud rate: 9600; Data bit: 8; Stop bit: 1; Parity
bit: none.
