OPERATING PROCEDURES (8” DISPLAY)
SETTING TARGET TORQUE:
To set the Target / Optimum Torque
value touch the yellow rectangle located
on the main torque dial. 1
A new screen key pad will appear. Set
your target / optimum torque value.
When complete select Enter.
The purpose of the Optimum Torque bar is to
provide the operator with a visual reference
during the installation process. During the pile
installation, the yellow bar will turn green when
optimum torque has been achieved. This step
is optional.

To set the Torque Range Selector touch
anywhere on the torque dial. A new
screen will appear in the upper right
hand corner of the display.

Use the arrow keys on the Torque
Range Selector screen to set the
desired torque range. When complete
select OK.
The numbers on the dial will change depending
on the torque value you select. This is another
visual tool that allows the operator to customize
the display to a specifi c job.

NOTE: If the torque dial is not registering zero when not
in use you can “zero out” the dial by following the steps
above. When the Torque Range Selector appears use
the Zero Calib button to reset the dial.
This step is only necessary if the torque dial is not returning to
zero when not in use. It is not uncommon for the torque value
to be reset before each new pile. This will ensure the recorded
data always starts from zero.
