Locate the coolant drain plug on the pas-

senger side of the radiator. Next drain the

coolant into a clean container. This cool-

ant will be reused in a later step.

Remove the two 8mm headed bolts

securing the coolant overflow reservoir to

the plastic fan shroud. (See Fig. 1-b.)

Disconnect the small overflow hose (run-

ning across the top of the radiator) from

the overflow reservoir. (See Fig. 1-b.)

Remove the large hose connecting the

thermostat hose to the bottom of the over-

flow reservoir. The hose and overflow res-

ervoir will not be reused. (See Fig. 1-c.)

NOTE: Retain only the fill cap for reuse..
