18. REFLASH COMPUTER, cont’d.

i. The 2241 is keyed, like the two

caps you removed.

ii. Make sure the 2241 is inserted

straight & aligned with the key.

c. Leave the top connector open

(i.e. with the make cap removed)

5. Follow the normal procedure for pro-

gramming (see “Microtuner 2001 Vehicle

Programming Instructions” on the follow-

ing page).

6. When complete, remove the Micro

Tuner and shut the ignition off.

7. Remove the Superchips 2241 Star

Adapter and re-install the two factory

male connectors (See Fig. 18-e.)

8. Make sure they lightly snap into posi-

tion.

9. Place the kick panel down.
10. Lock the kick panel down.
11. Replace the floor mat, if equipped.
12.. Start the vehicle, like normal.
