onscreen
prompts.
You
may
choose
to
customize
your
installaKon
by
clicking
the
customize
buSon
to
install
those
selected
AAX,
VST,
RTAS
or
Audio
Unit
plug-­‐in
formats
listed.
Windows
Double-­‐Click
on
the
INSTALLER
icon

follow
the
onscreen
prompts.
You

Choose
the
desired
plug-­‐in
directory
paths
(those
default
are
usually
noted
best),
and
proceed.
3rd Party iLok License Transfer Fee
When
reselling
any
Slate
so]ware
product,
there
will
be
a
$10
License
Transfer
Fee
in
order
for
us
to
process
the
new
customer
into
our
user
database.
It
is
the
responsibility
of
the
seller
to
inform
the
buyer
of
this
fee
at
the
Kme
of
sale.
To
sell
or
transfer
your
so]ware
you
will
need
to
do
3
things:

1. First,
please
inform
us
via
a
support
Kcket
at
hSp://www.slatedigital.com/support/
you
wish
to
proceed
with
a
sale,
and
to
whom
(name
and
e-­‐mail
address)
this
will
be.
2. Secondly,
you
will
need
to
transfer
the
iLok
license
to
the
new
owner.
This
can
be
done
via
the
iLok
License
Manager.
3. Thirdly,
is
an
account
transfer
procedure
with
us...
There
is
a
$10
transfer
fee
"per
product".
Please
send
amount
through
Paypal,
made
payable
to
[email protected]
Please
then
reply
to
your
support
Kcket,
receipt
confirmaKon,
that
it
has
been
paid.
And,
once
this
fee
is
paid,
we
will
author
a
new
passcode,
remove
product
from
your
account
area,
and
send
passcode
and
registraKon
link
to
the
new
owner
via
e-­‐mail.
Note:
With
VBC,
the
two
licenses
are
linked
for
use
on
a
single
iLok
account,
and
cannot
be
split
for
individual
sale.
Both
are
relinquished
upon
a
sale.
