NOTE: After making any changes to the VPN Server you must click the Save
button to Save your changes, then you must click the Reboot button
for the changes to take effect. You can click the Save button and
proceed to other pages without losing your configured changes.
NOTE: The DHCP Pool used by the VPN Server must be outside the DHCP
Pool used by the DHCP Server (see
Network>>DHCP Server for
current settings).
3.8.2 PPTP Users
This page displays the PPTP User settings configured on the Router.
Select the menu
VPN>>PPTP Users to display the following page:
PPTP Users Configuration: Displays the PPTP User configuration options
on the Router.

Username: Allows you to enter a Username for the VPN User.
w
Password: Allows you to enter a Password for the VPN User.
w
Add: Click the Add button to add your VPN User to the VPN Users Table. This also
Saves the VPN User, allowing you to browse to another page in the Router before
rebooting to apply the changes.

Reboot: This button is used to Reboot the Router after making configuration
changes or can be used to Reboot the Router for any reason.
PPTP Users Table: Displays the current PPTP Users configured on the Router.

S.No.: Displays the VPN User ID number.
w
Username: Displays the configured VPN Username.
w
Remove: This button allows you to Delete the selected VPN User and Saves the
changes, allowing you to browse to any other setup page. Most changes will
require a Reboot to allow the changes to take effect.
