PROBLEM CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION
Frequent oil change needed in
pump Secondary Trap insert is spent Change insert often.
Cold Trap is not emptied after
each run and dried Empty the traps (glass or stainless steel) after
each run and replace.
Vacuum too strong for chemical Use a Secondary Trap insert and diaphragm
pump.
Unit starts and shuts off Latch optical sensor improperly
calibrated Unplug power cord. Wait 10 seconds. Plug in
power cord.
