Assignment
It is possible to assign the Control Dock for iPod’s (ASD-1R, sold separately)
audio and/or video signals to any input terminals on the AVR-787 and play
them.
iPod Function = OFF

This assigns the different input function for the digital input
terminals.
Sets the playback level of the analog signal that was input to the EXT. IN
subwoofer terminal.
Up to 56 FM stations can be preset automatically.
The playback level is corrected individually for the different input sources.
The name of the input function that is displayed can be changed.
Preset channels that are not used often can be skipped.
The preset channels can be given the names you want.
This assigns the different input sources for the component video input
terminals.
This sets whether or not to use the video conversion function.
Adjust the time delay between the video and audio signals.
Set whether or not to display the on screen display for indications other
than the menu screens.
