How to sew
Sewing
• Refer to “4. Chain off and test sew” on page 10.
• For rolled hemming, a better stitch quality can be obtained by pulling the fabric lightly in the
forward direction to give slight tension to the fabric.
• When starting to sew, hold chained off thread end lightly to prevent it from being sewn into the
seam.
• The minimum overedge seam width that can be obtained for rolled hem is approximately 1.5mm
because the cutting width can not be set below 3.5mm.
