QUILTING GUIDE
Use this guide for making parallel rows of
straight or decorative stitching. Attach standard
presser foot. Slip U shaped holder on guide under
presser foot thumb screw from the back and
tighten screw (Fig. 47). Adjust the curved bar for
the distance desired between rows of stitches and
set so it presses slightly on the fabric. By letting
the guide ride on the previous stitching line, suc
cessive rows will be an equal distance apart. Fig. 50

SEAM GAUGE OR CLOTH GUIDE
Use the seam gauge as a guide for straight seams
and even rows of top stitching along edge of fabric.
