ASSEMBLY

PREPARATION

Before being put in the carton, theunitwascarefullyinspected The
carton was made to protect the unit during shipment
The unit is compietely assembled except for the items shown on
this page These items are in the carton with a parts bag which
contains the fasteners to assemble the unit. Find and remove

these items.

HOW TO REMOVE FROM THE CARTON

To remove the unit from the carton, follow the instructions below

Open the lop of the carton

Remove the wood frame at the top of the carton

Remove the boxes labeled ¡A) and (B) from the carton

Remove the seat and containers from the carton NOTE: the
seat and containers are each covered with a protective

sleeve

4 The items shown at the right are in a small unmarked box.

Remove and check each item Remove the small box

Cut each corner of the carton from the top to the bottom with

a knife

NOTE: See the Operation section for the location of

the controls.

Move the shift lever to the NEUTRAL position
Move the lift lever to the HIGH position
CAUTION: Check the bottom of the carton for staples

Remove any staples that are In the path of the tires
From the back of the unit, carefully pull the unit backwards

off the wood frame

TOOLS YOU NEED TO ASSEMBLE THE UNIT

Adjustable wrench

Phillips screwdriver

Open end wrench 1/2" - 3/1 6"

Low Tire pressure gauge

Open end wrench 7/1 6" - 1/2"

Knife

Blade type screwdriver

Socket Set (Optional)
