SERVICE AND ADJUSTMENTS

CmimU:
BEFORE PERFORMING ANY SiRVICE OR ADJUSTMENTS:
•
Depress clutch/bralce pedal fully and set parking brake.
•
Place motion control' le¥er ¡n neutral (N| positlo-rt.
•
Place attachment clutch fn "DISENGASED'“ position,.
•
Tyrn 'Ignition key “OFF" and remove- key.
•
Mate syr# the blades and all moving parts have co-mplstely st-opped.
•
Disconnect spark plug wire from spark plug and place wire where It cannot eome in contact with
piyg,

TRACTOR
TO REMOVE MOWER (See Fig. 1i)
Mower will be easier to remove
from the
right side-
of
tractor..
Place attachment, clutch in "DISENGAGED”' position.
Move attachment lilt ieve-r forward to l-o'wer mower to its
lowest position.
Roil belt off engine pull-ey.
Disconnect clutch rod from clutch lever
by
remo'virig
retairier sprin-g.
Disconnect anti'-sway bar from chassis bracket by
removing retai'ner spring.
Disconnect suspension arms from rear deck brackets
by removing retainer springs,
Disconneet front links fro-m. deck by removinq retainer
springs,

Raise lift lever to raise suspension arms. Slide mower
out from under tractor.
IMPORTANT'! IF AN A'TTACHM'ENT OTHER THAN THE
M'OWER: IS TO BE MOUNTED TO THE TRACTOR., THE
R.H, AND L.H, SUSPENSION ARMS PU-ST BE REM.OVED
FROM TR'ACTOR.
TO INSTALL MOWER (See Fig. 18)

Raise attachment lift lever to its highest, position.
•
Slide rnower under tracto-r with
discharge
guard to right
side of tractO'f.
