Installation and accessories
Components
the VACUUBRAND chemistry vacuum system consists e. g. of the following components:
In combination with VACUUBRAND chemistry diaphragm pumps and additional acces-
sories, the controller can be upgraded to a system which
-
recovers solvents next to 100%.
-
allows to operate simultaneously several work stations with one chemistry vacuum
pump by using the components of the VACUU•LAN
®
.
-
controls pump and cooling water process-orientated.
-
allows to adapt the system quickly and cost-efficient to specific requirements thanks
to its modular concept.

Solvent recovery
The exhaust waste vapour condenser enables an easy and
efficient condensation of vapours under atmospheric pressure.
-
catchpot at the inlet prevents condensates form entering
the pump
-
exhaust waste vapour condenser for condensation at cool-
ing water temperature and atmospheric pressure at favour-
able thermodynamic conditions
-
next to 100% solvent recovery
