Mount the wheel to the landing gear wire with tw

Use a tape measure to locate and mar

line of the wing with a f

Slide the wing into the fuselage
.
Align the r
ight
side of the fuselage with the line that y

ight of the center

Use a str
ing or
tape measure to chec
k the alignment of the wing.
The distance from the tail to the left and r
ight wing
tips should be the same
.
Adjust the wing as needed.
Mar
k the sides of the fuselage on the top and bottom
of the wing with a f
elt-tip pen.

ve
the

ring 1/16”
[1.6mm] inside the lines mar

fuselage sides

careful not to cut into the balsa
under the co
ve
ring as this will w
eak
en the wing.

ring without cutting into the balsa.

Use medium CA or Epo
xy to glue the wing to the
fuselage
.
If y
ou use medium CA, align the fuselage
carefully first, then wic

the CA into the joint.
Install the Horizontal Stab

Use a tape measure to locate and mar

center of the tr
ailing edge of the hor
iz
ontal stabiliz
er
.
Use a square or r
ight tr
iangle to mar
k
the center
line
of the stab
.

osition the stab on the fuselage and
align it with the center
line
.
Use a str
ing or tape
measure to chec
k the alignment using the same
technique y
ou did with the wing.
Mar
k the outline of
the fuselage on the bottom of the stab
