18. Install longitudinal frame brackets to I-beam (do not tighten).
19. Attach longitudinal strut to frame bracket and vector pad.
20. Pull frame bracket clamps with fastened strut outward to remove any slack.
21. Tighten all nuts and bolts on struts and beam clamps.
