Slotted Receiver

Assembly/Installation Instructions:
1. Determine location of receiver based on
accessories to be used with it.
2. Receiver must be located at the “T” junction of
dock/deck side panel and floor joist. If a floor joist
is not available at desired location, one will need to
be added to dock/deck.
3. Drill (2) 3/8" holes in the dock/deck side panel at
6" on center, 1.5" up from the bottom of the panel.
The holes need to be spaced at equal distances
from the center of the“T” junction. See exhibit 1.
4. Using carriage bolts (5), flat washers (6) and hex
nuts (7) secure the receiver to the dock/deck
with a 9/16” wrench and socket. See exhibit 2.
5. With the receiver in place, locate the slot farthest
back and drill a 1/4" pilot hole. See exhibit 3.
6. Install and tighten the lag bolt (8) and flat washer
(6) in the pilot hole.
7. For Dock Sides Accessories requiring two receivers,
the carriage and lag bolts may need to be loosened
to allow proper alignment and insertion of
accessory support tubes.
8. Inspect and tighten all bolts after the Dock Sides
accessories have been installed.
