Lower Hinges
Attach lower hinges to back of firebox using two 1/4’’-20x1/2’’ machine screws,7x15 fiber washers and 1/4’’-20 flange
nuts per hinge. The center flat portion of the hinge should be at the bottom (see inset below). □
Lid Handle and Upper Hinges
Attach handle and two insulation washers to front of lid. Inside lid, secure with two 5x15 fiber washers and #10-24 wing
nut (A).
Attach upper hinges to back of lid using 1/4’’-20x1/2’’ machine screws, 7x15 fiber washers and 1/4’’-20 flange nuts per
hinge. Hinges should curve downward when properly installed (B).
