No sound, Volume is not adjusted. Adjust volume.

Headphone is connected. Disconnect headphone.
AC power cord is not securely connected. Connect AC power cord properly.
No reaction to
controls
Electrostatic discharge. Disconnect the unit from the power supply,
reconnect after a few seconds.
Poor radio Weak radio signal. Direct the antenna for optimum reception.

Interference caused by electrical equipment
such as TVs, computers, engines, etc.
Keep the unit away from electrical
equipment.
