HECKLIST
The pre-install checklist is necessary to
check the existing sprayer functionality and
settings before the installation.
1. Inspect boom suspension wear-pads for
excessive wear and ensure the boom
rotates freely. It may be necessary to
lubricate the friction pads if they do not
move freely.
2. Set the boom suspension to be critically
damped (Figure 5). Adjust the boom
springs and dampers accordingly. If
more damping is required, add another
damper to the suspension as shown in
Figure 4.

Unlock the boom, and push boom tip down approximately 75 cm (30 inches).
Hold the boom steady for a moment, and release.
Ensure the boom returns to its relaxed state as quickly as possible, with little to
no overshoot.
